Two full weekends remain, and of the four new releases the projected winner with $20M is expected to play in theaters for only TWO DAYS! For the uninitiated, KPop Demon Hunters is Sony Pictures Animation’s smash hit movie on Netflix that released back in June. Sporting a 97% Critics and 91% Audience ratings on RT along with a soundtrack that reached #2 on the Billboard 200 chart, the movie is getting a two day Sing Along Event release in theaters. Brace yourselves for K-pop (that would be Korean popular music for the further uninitiated) madness this weekend.
