Three Wide releases this first weekend of August, but the two that were selected (Trap by 2 players; Harold and the Purple Crayon by 1 player) are getting hammered by critics. This weekend isn’t about the newcomers, it is about Deadpool & Wolverine’s aggressive push to take over #1. $372M projected through TWO weekends is wild… but as long as Inside Out 2 keeps making bank ($627M projected through Sunday) it doesn’t look likely to happen.
And good news!! Our team was able to resolve the back-end issue and our Scoreboard is now working! Chris McMillan is absolutely crushing it with a strong lead in Deviation. There will still be some movement among the current Top 10 over the coming weeks, but unless something new is able to knock off Garfield we won’t see changes in the #s of correct picks.
