Another $61M for Strange 2 to bring it up to $292M total in just 10 days. Sweeeeeet. And as expected the two newcomers didn’t even stand a chance this weekend, combining for just over $5M. That’s really sad news for the 2 players that selected Firestarter. You don’t mess with the twisted firestarter!
Next Weekend: 9 players selected Downton Abbey: A New Era. The original made $96M in 2019 (outside the summer), but I don’t know of anyone who is a fan. Anyone here? I mean, the series did end back in 2015… but it does have the entire summer to slowly build cash, so it could certainly be a threat.
